Incomplete Version History :)

  • Version 3.4 04/14/2009. Updated this legacy application in a number of ways.
  • Version 3.3 10/27/2002. Corrected a bug that failed to carry out the update-if-sizes-differ option.
  • Version 3.2 08/24/2002. Corrected a bug that always marked copied files read-only.
  • Version 3.1 03/29/2002. Corrected minor bugs, made some actions more reliable.
  • Version 3.0 03/27/2002. Rewrote File Processor in Java. New downloaders will get a much better program, but will have to get the Java JRE 1.4 or better at java.sun.com .
  • Version 2.5 3/25/2002 Discovered a bug — on some networks, a single write larger than 65MB is not accepted. Changed to a more conventional block-oriented copier, 32K at a time.

Just download this JAR file, place it into any convenient directory, acquire the Java 1.4 or better runtime engine, install it, and run File Processor. Select Help for use instructions.
